Description

Composed of the following elements:

• Sliding Operator: Our door mechanism has a brushless DC motor controlled by a 16-bit microprocessor, with a control panel for variation of operating parameters and power supply 100-240V.; includes a drop system for the leaf that allows a progressive vertical and horizontal displacement to ensure the hermetic tightness on closure. Three-position mode selector (manual, open, and auto) integrated into the operator.

• Door Leafs: The door leaf is composed of a set of perimeter profiles in 45mm extruded aluminium, matte anodized finish. 40mm insulating inner core of high- density injected polyurethane PIR (55 Kg/m3) ensures maximum adhesion between elements, giving the door great stability and resistance. Stainless steel or HPL surfaces, easy to clean and suitable for a hospital environment, with high resistance to commonly used chemical products. Metal sealing reducer joint profile fully sealed for easy cleaning.

• Frame: The hollow hermetic frame on one side of the wall / both sides with finishing wall profiles (optional), formed by vertical and horizontal profiles finished in aluminium / stainless steel.

• Sealing: Perimeter sealing gaskets in EPDM provide flexibility and resistance to compression. Direct connection to earth for discharge of static electricity.

• Vision: As an option, we offer a square window 400x400x45 mm (optional). This is double glazed with black glazing spacer, completely sealed, and flush with door surface.

• Hardware: Externally the handles are tubular and are flush internally, both finished in stainless steel, to allow a manual operation of the hermetic door.

• Activation options: Elbow pushbutton, for activation of the door opening. Specially designed for use in operating theatres and clean rooms.

• Safety: Monitored detection and presence radars are fitted internally and externally
